1998

Telefutura and Optiglobe are born in the wake of the internet boom and demand for robust data center infrastructure.

2000

Two data centers are inaugurated and offered to the market, with ample availability.

2005

After the acquisition of Proceda, the TIVIT brand is created.

2009

TIVIT goes public on the BM&F Bovespa stock exchange and the IPO generates over R$ 660 million.

2010

Apax, one of the world’s biggest investment funds, chooses TIVIT for its first investment in Latin America.

2014

TIVIT acquires Synapsis and consolidates its international presence, operating in 10 countries in Latin America.

2016

TIVIT makes its largest investment to date and launches TIVIT Cloud in Latin America.

2017

The company inaugurates a new business area 100% dedicated to digital solutions.

2019

TIVIT creates TIVIT Labs, an innovation hub bringing together professionals specializing in agile development and digital products.

2020

The investment and acquisition arm TIVIT Ventures is created, focusing on SaaS startups with trajectories of strong growth and scalability. The company also creates CyberSec, a business unit concentrating on cybersecurity solutions.

2022

TIVIT announces investments in the areas of Cloud Solutions and CyberSec. Also, in a venture entered into with green energy supplier Casa dos Ventos, it manages to achieve 100% energy from clean sources.
